1)""The real questions, which have somewhat frustratingly fuzzy answers, are: Do you justify a raiding slot? Are you pulling your weight? Would your group be better off replacing you? Does the rogue beat you because your class is undertuned or because it's a perfect fight for a rogue (or because you need to L2P)? "" 2)Rereading the above, I am making sweeping generalizations a lot. Your mileage may vary and there are a ton of exceptions. One thing that hits me a lot in my position is that players assume the way they do a thing is the way everyone must do that thing. Players exhibit some pretty diverse behaviors and still get the boss down. Keep that in mind whenever you try to adopt the "accepted" or "cookie cutter" spell rotation for any class. Notice that nowhere in that definition are the words “does not suck”. Elitism is not the same as meritocracy. Quite the reverse in fact, elitism is the belief that it is desirable to restrict particular resources and privileges to a small group regardless of whether that group deserves it. Self-defining as an elitist means self defining as somebody who can’t stand up to competition. Elitism is only letting people from posh schools go to good universities. Meritocracy is giving university places to smart people. www.righteousorbs.com Page 1
